The urban mafia clan led by the ruthless Don Corleone crosses paths with the Puppeteer, attempting to seize control of the city port. Oleg does not forgive encroachments on his territory, but instead of open war, he decides to stage a grand spectacle.
The central figure of his plan becomes Alina — a young talented ballerina who is also the beloved daughter of the Don. Oleg begins a twisted stalking of the girl. He studies her every move, habits, fears, and schedule. Strange notes with poems about the 'beautiful doll' start appearing on her mirror in the dressing room, and in her apartment, Alina finds tiny threads tied to her personal belongings. This plunges the girl into a state of constant paranoid fear.
Meanwhile, the Puppeteer starts pulling strings within the mafia itself. He discreetly plants false evidence for the Don, suggesting that his right-hand man and most loyal caporegime is planning betrayal. A rift and paranoia brew within the clan.
The climax occurs on the night of the premiere of the ballet 'Swan Lake.' The Puppeteer orchestrates everything so that right during the final act, a loud murder takes place on stage — a suspicious caporegime, driven to desperation by the Don's paranoia, tries to defend himself, and a shootout erupts. In the chaos, Oleg personally kidnaps Alina, leaving behind a porcelain doll in a bloodied ballet tutu with a note for the Don: 'Your screen time is up. The show is over.'
Having lost his daughter and the trust of his people, the Don makes fatal mistakes. In one night, his criminal empire completely collapses under blows from the police and rival gangs that Oleg has also skillfully manipulated. The Corleone clan is destroyed.
