• operate and personalize the Service
• improve the quality of AI companions and generation algorithms
• moderate content and ensure safety
• analyze and improve the user experience

• the need to perform the user agreement
• legitimate interests of the Service (product improvement, security)

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may share data with the following categories of third parties:

• AI providers (request processing)
• analytics services (for example, Yandex.Metrica)
• payment platforms

We do not receive or store bank card data.

We may automatically process data to prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure the security of the Service. Messages may be processed by automated systems.

Data processing may involve automated decision-making systems.

Messages in chats with AI companions are stored on our servers to:

• maintain conversation history and dialogue context
• moderate and detect violations
• improve AI model quality (in anonymized form)

The User acknowledges that they may voluntarily share sensitive data in messages, including personal, financial, medical, or other information, and do so at their own risk.

Upon account deletion, all messages are removed within 30 days.

All data is stored on secured servers using encryption in transit and at rest. We apply modern security standards to protect information.

Data may be processed and stored on servers located outside the user's country of residence.

The storage period of personal data is determined by the period of account activity. Inactive accounts and related data may be deleted after 12 months of inactivity. Technical and analytics data may be stored separately from the user account for a reasonable period.

Despite the measures taken, we cannot guarantee absolute data security or the absence of unauthorized access.

The platform uses cookies and analytics services:

• Essential cookies — authentication and core platform functionality
• Yandex.Metrica — user behavior analytics, heatmaps, session replay

Some analytics tools (for example, Yandex.Metrica's session replay) may record user actions on the site, including mouse movements, clicks, and UI interaction, except for fields protected from recording.

The vluvvi Service is intended exclusively for users who have reached the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age.

If we become aware that an account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be suspended and the associated personal data will be deleted within a reasonable time.
